Membership in the Michigan Rheumatism Society (MRS) is open to all physicians licensed by the Michigan Board of Medicine whose careers are dedicated to the rheumatologic practice, research or administration.
Associate membership is open to health professionals licensed by the State of Michigan including nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, occupational therapists and physical therapists with practice emphases in rheumatology. Associate membership does NOT include voting privileges.
Application for membership or associate membership requires a reference from a current member accompanied by a statement of the candidate’s qualifications.
